4/27/19: Carolyn McDaniel was re-elected to Treasurer. HOA expenses are reviewed at the annual meetings.
The annual dues remains at $100. Mail checks to P.O. Box 714, Holts Summit, MO 65043. If you need special arrangements , please contact us. We will work with you.
According to the bylaws, late dues are charged 9% annual interest and lien fees are charged to the home-owner.
On 4/18/19, Notice of Late Dues was sent out. We appreciate the home owners that responded.
